Shipping Coverage

Smart Nest Plus currently ships within the contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

Free Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping is available for qualifying orders over $4,999 shipped within the 49 continental United States.

International Shipping

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused for reasons other than visible shipping damage:

The customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred;
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus applicable shipping costs.

This policy applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
If a returned package is reshipped, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
If a refund is issued, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders ship on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST and successfully verified may ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day.
Shipping timelines begin after the order has shipped and do not include processing time or the shipment date itself.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Smart Nest Plus reserves the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order.
Modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.
Cancel orders affected by pricing errors, fraud concerns, technical issues, or unauthorized activity.
